35. Van Cleef & Arpels
We have another Dutch company here. This is a company that is perhaps best known for the creation of watches and fashion accessories. Very few people know that they actually make perfumes.
We must admit, the perfumes are going to be an incredibly small part of their business. However, there is yet to be a fragrance produced by Van Cleef & Arpels that we haven’t fallen in love with.
36. Goop
We know that Goop doesn’t really sound like the most alluring name in the world. However, trust us. This is a company that genuinely does know how to produce a perfume that smells fantastic.

Valentino is a Spanish company formed in the 1960s. We suppose that including this brand on the list is somewhat cheating. This is because they actually own several different companies that produce perfumes, including Hugo Boss. This means that their product range is vast.

39. Replica
The odd thing about Replica perfumes is the fact that they don’t really look like they would be any good. Their perfumes come inside some of the blandest bottles imaginable. Glass, with nothing more than a sticker on the front. However, trust us. Looks can be deceiving.
These are certainly not the most expensive perfumes in the world, but Replica knows how to create a product that is really heavy on wood notes. They have both male and female options available.
40. Montale
Montale is a French company, although you certainly wouldn’t be able to tell that from the products that they create. This is because many of their products have scents that seem as if they have been ripped right out of the far East.
We are talking beautiful herbal and spicy fragrances, with a dash of flowery notes mixed in for good measure.
41. Mancera
Mancera is probably the largest fragrance company so far on this list. The company has around 80 different fragrances in its range, aimed at both men and women. Because of the larger range of products that the company has, there is a little something for everybody.
A lot of their products use amber as a base, which creates a muskier note. However, you also have darker and slightly more floral options to choose from. None of the products are all that expensive either.
42. Carolina Herrera
Carolina Herrera is the first Venezuelan perfume company on this list. A lot of the perfumes in her range are going to be aimed at the female side of things.

43. Dossier
Dossier Perfumes bills itself as a luxury perfume company that only charges fair prices. We suppose that this is fair to say. One of the things that we love about Dossier is that they tend to be very descriptive when it comes to what you are going to get with a perfume.
For example, if you want a perfume that has a woody note to it, then you literally buy a perfume that says “woody.” One of the cool things is that all of their products are inspired by luxury perfumes from other companies, giving you a rough idea of the scent you will be getting.
44. Juicy Couture
Juicy Couture hasn’t really been going through the best time as of late, which means it may be difficult to get your hands on their products. If you do, though, then you can be sure that you are ending up with something kinda nice.
This is a company that does seem to be favored among teen girls, so expect sweeter, more flowery perfumes. They are certainly not going to be for everybody.
45. Maison Francis Kurkdijan
When the companies we have discussed so far offer products for men and women, they tend to be distinct product lines with no overlap between the two of them. Maison Francis Kurkdijan goes down a different route. All of their products are unisex.
This, of course, means that they should be suitable for both men and women. No flowery notes or over-the-top masculine notes here. You just get something that works well with both sexes.
46. Coach
Coach does not have a lot of fragrances in their range. However, don’t worry. They are still very much deserving of a spot on the list of the top perfume brands. Coach favors female perfumes.
Most of the fragrances that they create are very fruity in nature. For example, their most popular bouquet uses a blend of apples and pears. Some may have more citrus notes to them.
47. Halston
Halston creates some beautiful, more traditional perfumes. For example, one of their most popular products is the Halston Classic. This has very leafy notes. This is because it relies heavily on the use of green tea in its creation.
You will also find notes of bergamot, peach, and some other citrusy notes. If you want something a bit different from the norm, then this is almost certainly one of the perfume brands that you want to be checking out.
48. Creed
Creed produces luxury fragrances for both women and men, and when we say luxury, we genuinely do mean that their products sit on the more luxurious side of things. They aren’t cheap perfumes, but a lot of effort has been poured into their range.
If you can imagine a perfume scent, then the chances are that you will find what you are after in the Creed range. There is a little something for everybody.
49. Parfums De Marly
Parfums de Marly, at the time of writing, is a single perfume. It is aimed at females. It is affordable. It is perfect for those people that want notes that border on the sweeter, more floral side of things.
Because this particular perfume adds a dash of nutmeg into the mix, you will find a hint of spiciness there. This is also one of the rare perfumes that add rhubarb for a slightly different scent.
50. Juliette Has A Gun
We know it doesn’t really sound like a perfume brand, but we can assure you that it is. Juliette Has a Gun is a Paris-based company, although they have perfume shops throughout Europe.
The bulk of the perfumes that they produce a focus on females, although there have been some male options in the mixture every so often.
51. Amouage
Based in Oman, Amouage employs some of the best noses in the business. In fact, a lot of the products that you find produced by this company have actually been worn by celebs!
While their perfumes do sit on the upper end of the scale when it comes to price, they never really feel that expensive. Not when you catch a hint of the smell. You will fall in love. They have both male and female options available.
52. Histoires De Parfums
This is a company that was formed in France, but nowadays, the bulk of its business is carried out in the United States. The company produces highly affordable perfumes for both men and women.
While they use a lot of synthetic ingredients, you can barely tell. Their products just smell that amazing.
53. Yves Rocher
Sadly, Yves Rocher has had to pull out of many countries, and we doubt that they will be around for that much longer. This is a great shame because Yves Rocher has consistently produced brilliant fragrances for men and women. They had a good range of products, and they always came in at an affordable price.
54. Estee Lauder
Although they primarily focus on skincare products, the French company Estee Lauder is a huge fashion house. As with many of the companies that focus on skincare products, their perfumes are going to be great for more sensitive skin. The bulk of the products that they produce will be aimed at females.
55. Clinique
Clinique isn’t a company that aims for more exclusive perfumes. Oh no, they create perfumes designed to suit every mood. Perhaps the best way to describe Clinique perfumes is ‘upbeat.’
They put a spring in your step. They have floral notes, fruity notes, and even some darker notes for those days that you want to feel a little bit bad.
56. Kilian
We love this one of the top perfume brands. While Kilian perfumes are certainly at the top end of the scale when it comes to price, they produce some fabulous scents with darker notes.
We suppose the best way to describe them is as moody perfumes. Although, don’t fret if you aren’t into the darker perfumes. Kilian also offers more upbeat, airier perfumes.
57. Zadig & Voltaire
If you are looking for both male and female perfumes but don’t want to be spending a huge sum of cash, then you need to have a look at Zadig and Voltaire perfumes.
They have a good mixture of different scents here and something to cover every mood. You won’t be blowing a hole in your bank account if you pick a few of them up too.
58. Lacoste
Lacoste is a company that is often known for its sportswear, although it is a big fashion brand. They have a wealth of different perfumes in their range. Our favorite in the Lacoste range of perfumes tends to be the cheaper, sportier perfumes. They are suitable for a quick freshen-up.
59. Missoni
Missoni specializes in balanced and affordable perfumes for men and women. Many of the products that you can pick up from Missoni are good ‘day-to-day’ fragrances.
This means that their scent isn’t going to be too overpowering. The scent lasts for hours too. They seem very close to that of a deodorant.
60. Prada
Prada is an upmarket fashion brand, which means that their perfumes have a very upmarket vibe to them. They are fresh, romantic, and absolutely alluring. The bulk of their products seems to work best for females, although they do have a few male fragrances available.
61. Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton is a company best-known for making handbags. However, as you have probably guessed by now, these companies also produce a ton of perfumes. Just like Prada, the products that you find in the Louis Vuitton range are going to feel very upmarket. The company tends to veer towards the darker, muskier notes.

62. Philip Plein
And finally, we have our second German fashion designer. Philip Plein is a larger fashion house that focuses almost exclusively on male fashion. This means that their perfumes are going to lay in that range. Expect darker, masculine notes here.
